In 2000, Stuart and his wife, Mary, founded Glue-More Packaging after Stuart was offered the Valco Melton Agency for South Africa. With years of industry experience, Stuart brought vision and integrity, while Mary contributed strong communication skills and determination. Together, they faced the challenges of starting a new business, each playing to their strengths to build their dream.

From day one, Stuart's goal was not only to sell quality adhesive equipment but to offer unmatched service and support. He began cleaning and servicing equipment by hand from his garage in Benoni, determined to ensure customers had minimal downtime. With Valco Melton’s premium products and a promise of 24-hour breakdown support, Glue-More quickly became known for reliability and commitment.

Mary's role evolved to keep operations running smoothly both at work and at home. Her efforts were vital as the business expanded. By 2004, Glue-More was thriving, and in 2010, the company won its first “Supplier of the Year” award, an acknowledgement of their dedication and service.

In 2014, their son Chris joined the business, bringing fresh energy and sharing his parents' passion. He learned the value of always putting the customer first, a principle that defines the Glue-More brand. Whether at 3 am or 10 pm, the team remains ready to assist.

In 2019, Glue-More proudly received the Supplier of the Year award again, a testament to their ongoing excellence.

Now celebrating over 25+ years of success, Glue-More Packaging honours everyone who contributed to this journey - staff, agents, mentors, family, and above all, their loyal customers.
